"The hot water is very difficult to control to maintain a constant temperature. It was either boiling hot or freezing cold. No hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. Only cold. Gas was off when we arrived with no instructions on how to turn it on. We did not receive check-in instructions until just hours before arrival. And we had to contact the host in order to get them. The Jacuzzi was wonderful but the tubes are full of algae which created a very bad smell. It obviously has never been cleaned. The host was very nice and the cabin itself was nice. "

"I have stayed at nicer cabins in Mazamitla. This property needs some maintenance. The cabin itself is nice but for the price I paid I would expect better. Your cell phone will not work here, there is no signal or wifi. When you need to contact family or plan for the day it is impossible. Other important examples are the dishes are chipped the stove had 2 burners that were faulty and the cabin needs better lighting. I did like the comfortable beds and extra blankets as well as having a living room with a fireplace. My daughter enjoyed the playground, especially the tree house. "

"Está rodeada de bosque, y un arroyo se escucha desde los cuartos. Muy buena atención del personal (sobre todo de Noemí). Super atenta y amable siempre, buscando la forma de ayudar para que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda. Las instalaciones están limpias. Hay muchos escalones, lo cual sería lo único a considerar.
