"The location was fabulous with the best of Vina del Mar within easy walking distance. Lots of good restaurants nearby, the beach a short walk away. Host was incredibly helpful and communicated quickly when we had questions. The building is very secure and the reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped, living space was roomy, but bedrooms had little room for suitcases. It would have been nice to have an extra set of towels to take to the beach - as it was, only 1 towel...

"The unit would have been ok had it been clean. We arrived after 10pm to find a living area with a badly soiled/stained rug - it needs to find a new home in a dumpster - soiled couch, kitchen cabinets with food all over them, a dirty microwave, dirty dish cloths, stained blankets on the beds, toothpaste on one of the blankets ... gross! The bathrooms were both clean, but there were no bath mats, just one single stained hand towel per bathroom, and a single bath towel per guest, most of which were...

"Wij konden het appartement niet in. De eigenaar beweerde dat hij aan jullie had doorgegeven dat het appartement niet beschikbaar was. We stonden op straat met twee kleine kinderen. Uiteindelijk een veel te duur hotel genomen. Ik had al betaald en wil mijn geld + schadevergoeding terug."
