"It’s a pretty isolated property. Lots of peace and serenity. The kids did dogs and s’mores after building a campfire. If you have a Tesla this probably isn’t the best place. Taos does not have a supercharger and the closest one is in Sante Fe. Actually I would stay away from Taos all together if you have a Tesla. "This is a beautiful, tastefully restored ranch house and property with unlimited fresh air peace and quiet. Elizabeth and staff are amazing. 10/10 A 100% recommend if you like the country and getting off the beaten path. "

"The second we opened our car door we knew this place was magical. Chef Graham who has the property is one incredible and talented man. If you're looking for beauty, peace and decompression then head their way...you won't go wrong."

"We came on a Sunday night, hard to find on app, and we were completely alone until after dark, as the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. We loved the room-it could use a microwave especially as it is so isolated)and the views are fabulous"

"Amazing place to vacation if you want to get away from cities! There were some hiccups at check-in but the owner was very communicative and we were able to resolve the issue. The location is quite remote so you need to cook all your meals, but the kitchen is really well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. "Our stay at The Grand Hacienda was nothing short of amazing! The adventure starts right when you book your stay and you get the directions to your private oasis off of the beaten path.
