"Such a homely, comfortable villa in the beautiful Oasis de Capistrano area. It was very quiet out of season which is just how we like it! The private balcony meant that we could sunbathe daily and then use the very efficient pellet burner to take any chill off inside when the sun went down. Weekly service of new bedding and towels was a lovely surprise as we hadn't read it in the blurb 😊 Would very highly recommend it and hope to stay again."

"A well equipped, clean and large property in the hills. Unfortunately, the online listing incorrectly stared it was 10 min walk into the town, but in fact it was a 20 min drive. If you don't mind the drive then it is an excellent place."

"The apartment is ideal for two people to stay in Nerja.It is well equipped and the roof terrace is a sun trap with distant views of the mountains and sea. There is also a useful shaded area. The location is great , easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Pedro is an excellent host."

"A fantastically equipped and clean holiday home that was a perfect base to explore the area from. The rooftop terrace was the highlight proving to be a great spot to sunbathe and to watch the sunset from. The complex of San Juan was really well maintained and the pool area was really good. Martina was a great host and really quick to reply to any queries we had. We will be recommending Casa Mar to other families we know wanting to visir Nerja."

Un bémol cependant, problème de chauffe-eau qui fonctionnait très mal, qui faisait beaucoup de bruit la nuit et les tuyauteries d’eau brûlantes chauffaient le sol dans la partie de la pièce où se trouve le lit... surprise donc le jour où nous avons rendu les clefs, la consommation de ce chauffe-eau a fait « exploser » notre note d’électricité. Nous avons bien évidemment manifesté notre mécontentement auprès d’Yvan, lui...

The outside area is just great, plenty of room, different seating areas, the beautiful pool and of course the spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"Our entire family stayed at this beautiful house. It has the perfect location right next to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach (Note: it's a steep hill so a great workout on the way back!). Our 4 year old and 10 month old loved this spot along with their grandparents and parents. The owners were very responsive to anything that came up (lightbulbs, A/C, taxi from/to airport). We would recommend this place to anyone interested in this area!"

"This is very comfortable and nice place. If you looking for traditional, andalusian house with roof terrace, you will be glad. In that place you can feel like Spanish, who life there. Maro is very fantastic and quite place, where you can spend lovely holidays. Location allow you to visit many popular places in Andalusia : Grenada, Nerja, Malaga, Caminito del Rey, Ronda... "Lovely villa but if you have mobility problems there are a lot of stairs to cope with but lovely garden and pool easy to find every thing you need in the property only one bathroom and water in bathroom mostly only luke warm"
