The first room had water damage and a thermostat that kept turning off and reading error. Someone promptly came to the room to reset it (even though I had done so twice). When it happened again, we asked to switch rooms. Had to pack up, go to front desk only to go back to the same floor. Would have made more sense to meet us with new key card in the middle of the night but oh well. Second room was fine. Although neither room had garbage in the bathroom. Go figure. Otherwise, hotel was clean and staff was helpful.

Great location, great service, excellent view, and a lovely room

Perfect place to be for my business trip.

The hotel is really nice and clean and new. I loved the overall ambience and the rustic feel of it. However, I have never been to a hotel where I’m paying over $500 a night with no coffee machine, slippers, bath robes or a hair dryer in the room. I also noticed that some guests I met received various vouchers for free drinks and breakfast, while I did not. Also, upon check in, I was not familiarized with the hotel at all, was not told where breakfast js served or what amenities there are etc. I’m not sure why that is. I likely will not be staying at this hotel again.
