"its about a 20min walk to the beach along city streets some without side walks. The Pacifico beach club they talk about is definitely a drive and it is 35/person over age 12. Pools were very nice. If you would like to do pickle ball or tennis you do need reservations, we brought our own paddles but got kicked out the first night even though was empty because didn’t have reservation. "We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, comfortable, lovely townhome! It’s just a few minute drive to Coco beach where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. My kids especially loved swimming in the beautiful pool, and we loved the sunset views from our bedroom window. In addition, the owners communicated with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and and always responded quickly. We highly recommend staying here!"

"This villa was perfect for two couples. It had everything we needed and the concierge team of The Palms was excellent. They made several reservations for us and checked in to see if we needed anything. All the staff was very attentive. The pool and beach were only steps from the back glass doors. Would definitely rent this villa again if we make it back to Playa Flamingo or the area. "
