"There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, thats quite unusual in 2026. The room was adequate and there is an excellent choice of international TV channels."

"Much of our stay went well. We were disappointed that the thermostat was set high and couldn’t be adjusted. We called the staff who explained the lowest temperature is set (21 degrees), but the thermostat didn’t work and we spent the night tossing and turning."

"This property is immaculate and the staff are incredibly friendly. It was a little loud at times with the echo of the hallway so not ideal for a tired jet lagged traveller. If I were to return to Barcelona I would definitely consider staying here again after I reset my sleep cycle. "

"The staff were all great. The breakfast we had on 4 days was great with soo many choices for the buffet. We were also given a picnic to take on our last day as we were heading to the airport very early. A bag full of sandwiches fruits juices and muffins Amazing "

"Had an issue with large bug. Jr. Mngt dis what they could. When Sr. Mngt got involved it was lip service. Showed them a hole in the wall where there was sawdust that obviously was from bugs chewing thru. Asked them to have maintenance plug rhe hole. They answered yes but it didnt happen. They offered to move us amd said it was.the identical room. We went to view it but it was a down grade a few doors down the hall from our room. Didnt offer any type of refund for the downgrade so we declined. Didn't feel like the new room wouldn't have the same insect issue. Mngt said with construction on the road out front insects are moving around. So obviously I wasn't the 1st guest to have this problem. "
