"Overall clean hotel except for some hairs found on the bed, well decorated though. We were looking forward to our included free breakfast only to discover that the choices were very limited. Parking is 10€ per night, so we park outside for free. Had to check in through the cafeteria upon arrival. Lots of things to improve but I guess the decor and the nice living room made our stay much enjoyable. "

"The Hotel Plaza Grande desk clerk was very hospitable and went beyond his duty to make sure we were well taken care of. We needed a taxi to travel to Badajoz which he willfully provided. The taxi service was above standard. Further, the desk clerk was very professional in providing everything we required. Have rarely had the pleasure of this kind of service at a hotel and I have traveled world wide. I'm sure this is the best hotel and service you will find in Zafra. "
