Belvilla by oyo villa

This is a gorgeous 4-bedroom villa for 8 people that offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. It also has a large private swimming pool and is only 5 km from the beach, making it the ideal spot for a seaside vacation.

The towns of Denia, Teulada, and Moraira are great for day trips and are located 20 to 40 km from the Pego. Only 5 km away is a golf course. The Pego town centre is 2.5 km away and has restaurants and supplies.

The home has garden furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. A cot and high chair are available for a fee. You're allowed to bring up to 2 pets for €50 per pet.

The Valencia Airport is 95 km away. The owner recommends that you bring a car as it is a necessity to get around in the area.

präsentiert sich hier schöner als es ist und ist nicht zum Übernachten geeignet. so erlebten wir es: wir kamen an und es war schlecht gereinigt, dreckiger kühlschrank, gebrauchsspuren in den badezimmern, verdreckte fenster des wintergartens etc. in einem der badezimmer war auch viel schwarzer schimmel an der decke, es war kalt und muffig, wurde der Ofen, der Kessel viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Bäder gebrochen und wir hatten viel mit Stroomuitval.we zu tun , waren alles , was sie die Herstellung des Ofens in Bezug zu arrangieren erlaubt und wir hatten alles zu kommunizieren zwischen Belvilla, Hausbesitzer, Hausverwalter und Mechaniker Firma, die natürlich Sie nicht das Gefühl im Urlaub wie zu tun. niemand nimmt dir sowieso etwas aus den Händen, denn jeder verschiebt die Verantwortung af.qua Lage des Hauses ist nicht wintertauglich. der Wintergarten befindet sich auf der schattigen Seite des Hauses, wo tagsüber keine Sonne scheint und nichts den Raum heizt. So hat man im Winter nicht viel von der schönen Aussicht, weil es einfach zu kalt ist, um dort zu sein.Das Haus, der Pool und fast alle Sitzgelegenheiten liegen im Schatten des Berges. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das im Sommer in Ordnung ist, aber im Winter kann man nirgendwo draußen sitzen.Der einzige Ort, an dem man normalerweise in der Sonne sitzen kann, ist oben auf dem Parkplatz, aber eine komplette Villa wird gebaut 10 Meter von ihm, so dort haben Sie Lärm und 0 privacy.Last Punkt ist das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. das sieht wirklich eher aus wie ein gefängnis, das sehr schlecht gepflegt ist und. man findet Spinnweben, einen kaputten Kühlschrank und anscheinend hat man während der Bauzeit Bauschutt hinter einer der verschlossenen Türen gekippt, so dass es ständig nach Schimmel riecht und man nichts dagegen tun kann. Wenn Sie also wirklich mit 8 Gästen hier übernachten möchten, müssen Sie 2 Personen mit einem Aufenthalt in diesem Strafloft enttäuschen, das überhaupt nicht zu einem "Villa" -Erlebnis oder einem Urlaub passt.
