"Highly recommend this eco-friendly stay on San Cristóbal! The thoughtful sustainable design and low-impact practices, along with excellent fresh water from a local distributor, made our Galápagos trip feel truly responsible and comfortable. "Literally a 5 min walk to Playa Mann and the center of the boardwalk so very convenient location. The owner was very nice and let me use the kitchen and let me know when she was going out. The value was very good. There was good water pressure and lots of hot water but near the end of my stay there seemed to be an issue with the water but couldn't quite understand with my lack of Spanish. Overall a good stay."

"Beautiful property in San Cristobal. Our family of 4 had the oceanview room. It was such a joy to watch the sea lions play from the pool. We had a busy vacation so it felt heavenly to rest and relax at the resort for a couple of days. The food was great. We had the breakfast buffet and their poolside menu. "The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...

The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part.
