"Our stay was idyllic. This is a very peaceful space. It is rustic but with all the modern requirements. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive with our questions and needs. It is a lovely hike down to a very secluded beach. My partner and I were here for a cycling adventure and our own yoga retreat and this property was perfect. Our only regret is that we didn't book it for the whole two weeks of our stay."

"Beautiful cottage, small but ideal for two. Lovely gardens. A bit of traffic noise because it's right above a bend on the main road to Frigiliana and, as others have mentioned, dogs barking through the night are off putting, but probably out with the owners control. Some information on the surrounding area, amenities etc. would be helpful.. The electric blanket, bathroom heater, air con heating and of course a great wood burning stove made this an excellent, cosy winter stay"

"We stayed for four days in this lovely house and enjoyed every minute. It is difficult to find, but worth every effort in doing so. Good house, great garden (excellent for dogs), beautiful swimming pool and a lot of privacy in this house surrounded by palm nurseries. The nice beach of Torrenueva is close by (5 car-min.) and the trip to Granada / The Alhambra is around 30 car-min."

"We absolutely loved the house. Although its a bumpy ride up the hill, it’s beautifully located in the mountains surrounded with mango and orange trees. We enjoyed swimming and using the outdoor kitchen. We even made pizza in the pizza oven. We hope to be back some time!"

"Lovely cortijo, easy driving distance to Nerja centre, the beach, and Frigiliana. Excellent facilities inside the cortijo and the pool and terrace area was very nice. Fantastic communication with the host, Gema, to enable us to check in to the cortijo at 3am due to a delayed flight! One very minor complaint, some of the sun loungers were broken and uncomfortable and could do with being replaced."
