"Its a older hotel, roomy, and was there for a conference. There was older furniture in the rooms, could use some brighter paint in the rooms to lighten it up. Ac thermostat in room was accurately so I had to lower thermostat to try to cool off room. Some other folks rooms had the actual ac unit in their rooms which were cooler. Staff was very helpful. wyndam could spend some money and revamp the place. Needs a makeover. Convenient to airport across the driveway."

"The room was very clean. The only thing that was not ideal was the outlets by the bed on the nightstand did not work, and we needed to charge our phones. Other than that everything was good. Very clean place to stay. "

"Sink didn’t drain, toilet wouldn’t flush, linens stained, holes in the walls, parking lot dark. People outside our room at all hours of the night. We were there from 11pm to 5am with little sleep from random people hanging around outside. Shocked are vehicle wasn’t broken into. "

"The place was ok . It served the function of being a place to sleep while visiting elpaso. For the price we paid it was about what I expected. Problems were minimal but noticable. The TV worked but the volume button didn't. The shower and sink worked but looked damaged from previous guests. All these things were slightly annoying but nothing worth complaining to staff about."

"BEWARE THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. They are only open from 8 am to 6 pm. I made my reservation through Expedia and arrived after 7 pm. They told me I didn't have a reservation and that they didn't have a room for me. They said they don't guarantee any reservations through any hotel booking app, only through their website. They told me they would call me the next day if they had a room available. More than 5 days have passed and no one has called me. Please mention this so people don't trust them. If you make a reservation through the app, it doesn't mean you have a room reserved. This company, which calls itself a hotel but isn't, shouldn't be listed on any hotel booking app in the United States since it doesn't guarantee a room to the customer."
