"Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms. "

"Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings....

"If your arrival does not fit the options and schedule provided by the property operator, you will live your worst nightmare... Terrible service that requires transportation to different points of the city to access the property if you arrive later than 11:30 pm... The least friendly staff on the planet... Like any 21st century property, they do not have access control boxes that allow guests to access the property during overtime hours if they do not have staff to assist them.,,NEVER AGAIN"

"Pros: great location, spacious apartment. Cons: No salt/pepper, AC should be maintained (the odor was not great when the AC is on). Minor mold in a bathroom. Check in process can be more efficient (the filling multiple forms consumes a lot of time), information should be pulled from the platform."

"The location is fantastic, close to the transit and is in shopping area, it’s only 4 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a patio. The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests for hairdryer and early check-in."

"Booked this really charming 1 bedroom in a super clean and quiet building central to Ramblas and Gothic Quarter and could not have been happier. Communications conducted in English without issue, property team were accessible and provided clear instructions on entry. Lots of supermercados (mini grocery stores) next door and around the corner, plenty of food options (and check out the asian supermercado if you want to cook meals at home). Kitchen is cute with 2-burner induction and microwave,...
