"We loved it. However, we expected a better room than room 502... 502 had a bit of a mold smell and with so many other rooms available we expected to be placed at a better room... However, as we spent most of the days out surfing, it was not too bad."

"The staff was amazing! From the reception desk to the waiters and not to mention the bartenders. Everyone was so friendly and with a great attitude some even knew me by name. We had one problem with one of our rooms but we got the issue resolved and they moved us rooms. The shows were great and the food was really good. Some all inclusive resorts the food & alcohol is not it but here I’d have to say there was something for everyone even the buffet style food was good. I would definitely come back to this hotel. "

"Perfect hotel for a short stay between the airport and your next destination. Recently renovated, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the pool, and I really enjoyed the gym. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I had no expectations, but this hotel truly exceeded them — I would recommend it without hesitation!"
