"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. "This hotel was horrible. It was insects and spiders Think lizards and Mosquitoes in the room. I tried to kill some of it. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan was not working. The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. They don’t take credit cards or if you wanna pay with PayPal they will be 10% extra charge, The only thing good about this hotel was the staff, Media It really went out of the way to help...

"We had an amazing stay at Bahala Na Villas during our trip to El Nido! From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us such a warm welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, they helped us with our luggage, and explained everything we needed to know, including the food, drinks, and water. They even had a pitcher of filtered drinking water ready in the refrigerator, which we really appreciated. The villa was beautiful and truly felt like a home away from home. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having our own private pool made our stay even better. The location is a little farther from the town center and the beach, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We rented a tricycle on our first day and later a van to get around. Transportation was easy to arrange, and we loved coming back to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the villa after exploring. It rained for most of our trip, but that actually made us appreciate the villa even more. We spent our evenings ordering food and drinks, getting massages, relaxing by the pool, and simply enjoying time together. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Bahala Na Villas team for making our vacation so memorable. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was conveniently located two blocks from the beach with a roof-top bar that overlooks the bay. The staff was over-the-top accommodating, food was great and 2 for 1 happy hour drinks. TV was modern with streaming, internet was reliable. The room was comfortable and clean. Downsides, coffee maker in the room didn't work (but in all fairness we forgot to mention it), bed wasn't super comfortable, rooftop bar wifi disconnects you hourly, and parking was scarce but they valet for you if necessary. Highly recommend and we'll be back."

"We loved the fact that they provided Netflix! So much more useful than the cable channels provided by most hotels. We loved the view from our bed!!! We had a view of the sunset and the beach and the sea. It was spectacular. We loved that the music wasn’t obnoxious. We didn’t want a party atmosphere. We loved the pool having saltwater instead of chlorine but it had alot of dead bees in it which sort of freaked me out. The staff worry about cleaning the fallen petals on the street outside the hotel (which doesn’t bother anyone) while not cleaning the pool. I don’t understand that logic. I loved the bed. It felt like firm latex. It was very comfortable. I didn’t feel my husband moving next to me which is amazing. The curtains are not blackout curtains though so the light from the pool and common area did disturb us. I put a shirt over my eyes so I could sleep."

"Such a cool place. Its got a great location to base youre travels from and a super cool and helpful staff if you need anything. Everything here has really been thought out well by the staff and management. They also are doing an expansion of the premises in this off season that looks like irs gonna be awesomene. The other really cool thing is its all off the grid on solar and has its own wells. Pair that with the great food and amazing staff makes this a go too for my EL Nido based trips"
