"Property is very nice, clean and staff especially Andres was extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in room #7 it had a skylight so we got some daylight in the room during the day and wasn’t so dark. The showers ceiling was peeling off & was turning moldy, it had no ventilation only a small window for which couldn’t be opened much because of privacy (room was next to the reception area). Room was stuffy had no windows except for the one in the bathroom, we kept the fan on for most of the time. When booked we overlooked that the property did NOT have AC, luckily it didn’t get too hot however it did rain making it very humid. Good location 3 minute walk to El Mirador and Bus stop was across the street paid 10 pesos to El Centro a 5 minute drive. "

"This is a newer hotel and everything was very nice. Staff was awesome and breakfast was very good. I rated it 4 only because there was a strong order around the elevator on the 3rd floor, but honestly, it looked pretty clean and rooms were very spacious."

"Great views from rooftop; A bit difficult to get to, streets are narrow and step. Friendly staff, clean hotel. No bar onsite nor restaurant. 10 min walk to main plaza, if you're out of shape use UBER to get back to hotel. The hot tub was not available; it had to be cleaned and sanitized. They only offer continental breakfast, valet parking no issues. "

"The property was very clean, and the staff is great. Air conditioning was not very cold. If you are not physically capable, I would not recommend this hotel because it is a challenge to walk to the hotel and most importantly your room. But do not let this sway you from the AMAZING view you get of the city! This hotel was beautiful and peaceful. It’s so nice having very few visitors at a time. I loved our stay here, and will definitely come again."
