I can easily say that this is the most beautiful beach in the province of Chiriqui, PA. Nearby there is a resort called Lajas Lajas Beach Resort, but if you are willing to rough it (somewhat) you can simply park your car here (for free), and have the beach to yourself (depending on the season). And, as you can see, there is long row of covered tables, perfect for your very own picnic.
