"The main room didn't have a TV which made for awkward gaming and movies with my adult brother sharing a bed. Other than that. It's a wonderful place. Highly recommend."

"The elevator wasn't working, but the staff helped bring my luggage to the room. There's no AC, but they do provide a fan. The hotel is located in a very convenient area and you can walk to restaurants, parks and shops. They have free parking. The restaurant next door has very good food."

"Came to CDMX for a birthday/concert visit. The Andaz made this trip even more special. Dany the bellboy, specifically! We came back from the Harry Styles concert to find a birthday cake, luggage tags, and a memorabilia ticket. Little details like that were great. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful, as well as the rest of the hotel. For nervous travelers, the abundance of staff and security will put your mind at ease. We were 2 female travelers (34/16) and felt very safe and checked in on the entire time. Would 1000% recommend staying here!!"

"The hotel is gorgeous and great location and clean. Loved the service and staff being so kind and helpful. We also really appreciated the concierge - Gustavo- who helped with ideas of things to do and help book a hot air balloon. The whole experience was amazing and the hotel and staff made it all the better"
