"Loved loved loved. This hotel is a small family owned property. The family is kind and helpful. They were attentive to our every need. When we arrived we had ants, but they quickly took care of it. The place is super cute and close to everything I could possibly need. A short walk to the beach and lots of places to eat. I would stay here again. Bonus: we had a cat on our patio the three days we were there. She is super sweet and wonderful."

"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. "It is true this is off the beaten track and very quiet except the dogs barking at 3am. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was crawling with ants. there were 2 holes in the wall that the ants were crawling out of. The property manager's solution was to use a can of raid and duck tape the holes. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1 night. We found much more comfortable accommodations in Tamarindo.
