"Amazing experience. The staff is what makes this resort truely memorable. We would like to thank Cristian & Estphane at the front desk. At the pool and restaurant Mario, Steven, Larry, Norberto, and all the other staff members there truely amazing. We were a family of 6 with teenagers and wow what a vacation. Thank you so much."

"I really had a nightmare with the reservation through Expedia. They book a house for me that was not available by the time I got to the hotel. I got notice that the house we book the luxury house with the pool was not available and was never available. The facility did their best to accommodate me in my family and one of the small condo what I have learned to not book through Expedia instead book through the page of the hotel otherwise you might walk into the same issue."

"The room was in a perfect, walkable location and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice having the restaurant right there for drinks and ice. I ordered the fish fingers That evening and I think they were probably the best I've ever had. Breakfast was great also! Bed was pretty comfortable also.Definitely recommend this spot"
