"Bathroom sink leaked. Check in is totally a mystery. While in the resort you are treated by category. Renter or owner and facility use is broken out the same way. Make you less than."

"Beautiful and modern apartment in Nikki Residences, Río Hato. Features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a large 15m terrace. Guests enjoy pool, gym, and weekend pool bar access. Perfect for a relaxing getaway by the beach!"

"It was a truly a piece of paradise in many ways. The hosting family works hard to take good care of the property and guests. After staying 10 days, I felt like I've become a part of their extended family. Always remember the key to receive best hospitality is "do unto others what you would have them do unto you.""

"The stay was terrific and enjoyable. The complex is taking shape with ongoing work. The Apartment was very nice but does need some TLC and updating. Nice to have a Washer and Dryer in the unit. The Safe to protect our valuables was provide but not secured to the wall! All in all we all had a good time. "

"Extremely spacious beautiful view and the our hostess was great communicating and lots to do with extreme company family had a great time"

"The host seemed nice. The appartement needs updates. Kitchen was worn down, shower-head was leaking all over the bathroom. There were stains on pretty much every furniture. Otherwise the inside was ok. The outside though…. Dirty pool, unmaintained property. Some of the building were almost looking scary. Outside furniture in really bad shape… I will skip some details. Disappointing for the price. "
