"Nice place with everything un this appartement. Very clean and so confortable. Not easy to registration. Have to deal with the IA it's not my cup of tea and the internet was slow. The chambermaid give me a new one and was perfect after. In total that's a nice place"

"We really like this hotel. We have stayed here twice now and would stay again anytime. It’s clean and although the cafe can be noisy during business hours, it’s a fun place with great vibes and it’s very quiet at night for sleeping. Great shower and hot water! Very comfy beds."

While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team.""
