Suyoluce, Chalet con Piscina Privada El Escorial

Suyoluce is a beautiful villa located between El Escorial and San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Its location makes it easily accessible from the centers of both towns, as well as from some of the area’s most notable tourist attractions, such as the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial and the Casita del Príncipe, both located about a 10-minute walk from the house. Excellent public transportation access, with the stop for bus 661 to Madrid right at the door.

This is a unique home that is over 60 years old. Blending characteristic features of the Andalusian style with a design inspired by the Asturian granary (hórreo), it was built on the first floor, leaving the first floor open for recreational use.

The property features many charming nooks, spacious terraces, porches, and outdoor areas. From the sun deck, you can enjoy beautiful views of Mount Abantos.

The interior of the house features three bedrooms on the second floor (two of them with a double bed—one with a private bathroom—and another with two single beds, plus a separate bathroom on the same floor). On the first floor, there is a foyer, living room, kitchen-dining area, and a small restroom.

It features a spacious garden with a private pool (open from June through September), swings, a sun deck, and a covered area with a bar, a ping-pong table, and a restroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor, has a double bed, and is available only for reservations of 7 or more guests. Please note that for reservations of 6 guests or fewer, only the 3 bedrooms in the main house will be made available, while the fourth bedroom will be available to other guests who, if they book, will share the garden and pool areas with the guests in the main house.

There is space to park several vehicles on the property.
