"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas? "

"Fui estafado por el propietario del hotel nunca se me dio acceso al cuarto, reclame a HOTELS.COM muchas veces porque todo se veia mal, y finalmente sucedio lo que pensaba, fui estafado por el propietario y no recibi ningún tipo de ayuda de Hotels.com a pesar de ser un socio GOLD por la cantidad de veces que he utlizado el sitio para mis reservas. Lamentable como desoyeron mis reclamos y quejas. "

"This property is all you need to relax, unwind and disconnect. The house is beautifully decorated, huge, clean, well equipped and with a large deck. The view from the house is incredibly beautiful and you can even enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of the living room or from the deck. The owner, Lucía, as well as her staff, Jimena and Lucas, were incredibly friendly and helped with all we needed. Would definitively recommend this property!!! And will certainly return!!"
