"Second stay here and it’s fantastic again. The apartment is HUGE, only had a one bed this time but ample room for me and my son. I was ill and wasn’t allowed out in the sun but you could easily live in this apartment never mind just holiday in it. The hot tub was a life saver and I’d urge anyone to spend the extra on it, I’m going back to Tenerife in August and there’s no hot tub apartments available which is a disaster. Anyway, just stay here, it’s great. "

"Incredible hotel, service and grounds! From arrival drinks, taking our luggage and welcoming to our room, from daily room cleans, turn down service and room amenities such as clarins products and toiletries, everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade on arrival too. Easy and free parking! Worked out cheaper us renting a car for the stay rather than the transfers. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly staff and pool service with a good selection of food and drink which were reasonably priced. Definitely deserves the 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again. My only feedback as an area of improvement would be the cocktails (and we tried almost all of them). They looked amazing however the mixers/ juices were all very sugary and didn't taste like the traditional cocktails. The pina colada being the exception, which was fantastic! "
