"Nice hotel and grounds with good access to the boardwalk. We stayed at the RIU Arecas, the hotel immediately behind it. The RIU Palace is a good hotel if you want larger hotel gardens and boardwalk access for the elderly etc. However, if you don’t mind walking down a large flight of steps, the RIU Arecas is the same standard and had better food."

"Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car.
The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."
"Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Only downside was that the drinks fridge wasn’t refilled at any point and the other restaurants weren’t included on the all inclusive package. "

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially ‘The Retreat’ if you’re travelling as adults only. Our pool was generally very quiet and the service poolside was great - the tapas for lunch at Mirador was also a lovely addition, again with great staff and service. The little touches in our room for birthdays and our wedding anniversary was so nice, plus at our evening meals. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable trip! "
