"Seamless process from start to finish, Alex was always on hand and helpful when required. The only comments to be made which should be noted, is that the neighbour has a dog that seems quite lively most mornings and there is some ongoing works next door which was noticeable on a couple of occasions, but either way it did not spoil the time spent, fantastic location, views and a lovely villa all round. "Our 5 night stay at Villa Vista Mar with my 2 teenagers and Mum was perfect. The view is stunning day and night . The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. "Had a lovely holiday in this Villa with family and friends. The villa was perfect and exactly like its pictures, well equipped and super clean. Ideal location to get to the Marina, the beach and even to Puerto Banús, and all accessible through taxis, if you have chosen not to drive. Really enjoyed our stay and the communication from the owner and property manager has been nothing short of excellent! Would recommend and score this Villa 10/10."

"Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade."

"We had a very relaxing stay in a superb villa with a fantastic pool area and wonderful gardens. A car is a necessity but the coast and supermarket are a short drive away. Estepona is a beautiful town and again a short drive away. If you like walking then the coastal pathways are a delight. Definitely recommend."
