"Excelente hotel, con servicio de primera, diversidad de restaurantes y todos de muy buen nivel. Hermosas vistas a las piscinas y el mar. Las instalaciones estan impecablen, las habitaciones perfectas. El servicio del personal es de primer nivel. El checkout es a las 12, pero nos permitieron permanecer hasta las 5 PM y nos brindaron una habitación para ducharnos antes de irnos del hotel. Muy recomendable, para pasar un momento de relax total. Lo único que no estuvo a la altura del talento dominicano, ni del nivel y precio del hotel fueron las actividades nocturnas. Considero que deberían ofrecer cantantes, músicos, orquestas y bailarines de mayor nivel, cosa que abunda en este maravilloso país."

"The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing."

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "

"Excellent outstanding service! Highly recommended! Staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. Victor at the bar was amazing. Restaurant staff was superb and delicious food. Will by definitely staying here again in the near future."
