"The hotel itself is beautiful, but frankly bizarre. Reception staff are very helpful and recommended a great guide. The restaurant is worth missing - average food and slow service. Ordering is done via menus on about 3 different QR codes, which is a nightmare with kids when trying to have a screen free dinner. Breakfast was included but we weren’t allowed to order off a menu - just presented with a very stodgy muffin with sprinkles, small plate of melon and papaya and some very undercooked eggs...

"This hotel is very close to Chichen Itza. The food was very good at the restaurant."

"A toda madre carnal"

"Property was beautiful and peaceful. Only problem was my cell service and internet service."

"The check in was at 3pm but the door was locked when I arrived. Someone showed up at 4pm and never apologiged. The room was clean and quiet. "

"Immaculately clean, very new TV, AC and bathroom fixture. Got a great night's sleep each time I was there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Piste's small tourist eateries, taco stands and food stalls geared for locals very short walk away. This is the ideal stay for someone visiting Chichen who wants to experience small-town Mexico as part of the trip. I come often to visit friends, and this will be my new local go-to."

"We loved this place. Our host was super entertaining and the breakfast he made us each morning was sensational. We loved the jungle garden setting (toucans in the trees!)"

"Personal atento, servicial y flexible. Recomendación totalmente el lugar"
