Villa Oliva is a luxurious and romantic villa just a hundred meters from the Mediterranean Sea. This spectacular villa is new on the market from July 2024. The villa is located slightly higher in relation to the sea, so you have an absolutely breathtaking view around the house. Be aware, you need to climb stairs to have access to the house. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Around the house, you will find many places around the house to sit or sunbathe. The owners have put a lot of TLC (tender love and care) into their villa. You can feel this in the special warm atmosphere of the house. All amenities are of excellent quality. It is a holiday home with the comfort of a private home. You will find restaurants, a small supermarket and a train station in the immediate vicinity. The train from here takes you to nearby places such as Alicante, Benidorm, El Campello.
