"Hotel ziet er op het eerste gezicht leuk uit. Echter valt de hygiëne erg tegen (vieze lakens, opgewassen dekens, haren van anderen in het bed, vieze dweil in de badkamer). Verder was het ten tijde van ons bezoek erg warm in El Calafate. In onze hotelkamer stond de kachel de hele nacht op volle kracht te branden en hier konden we niets aan doen (behalve de ramen open zetten). Het was veelste heet."
