Summary:
This is a brand new, construction house with tons of amenities. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in our outdoor paradise. Spacious home with breathtaking views. Lot of room inside and outside of this 7000 sq. ft. home.

The Space:
Stunning 360 degree panoramic views of the mountains and valleys. Custom single story home with dramatic high ceilings and enormous open living room. Large master bedroom suite with fireplace, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. Carefully designed layout and unique architectural features.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire home and outdoor space.

Other Things to Note:
Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring pets with you and specify the number of pets. Please be aware that there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee is necessary to cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

One of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen! Home is very spacious with beautiful views. Love the set up of the home. Owner is very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend!

We looked far and wide for a home that could comfortably accommodate our 22 family members for a 4-day retreat where my husband and I would also be married. The goal was to bring us all together to enjoy each other’s company for this time, so an open layout and lots of activities was essential (we are a big family of gamers!). This house had everything we could have dreamed of and more. We had so much fun and utilized all the house had to offer to the max- from the pool with the picturesque mountain view, the ping pong table, foosball, pool table, ROCK WALL in the kids room (!!) and classic arcade games, to the large open grassy area where we did family workout competitions and played soccer, this place is really unmatched. The indoor-outdoor space creates such a nice and airy open flow, where the outside feels like an extension of the indoor space. The outdoor backdrop could not be beat. It was a breathtaking view and perfect weather in October. Needless to say, the memories made here are going to hold such a special place in our heart for the rest of our lives and and it was because of this home that it was as special as it was. To the owners, thank you for putting so much thought into designing such a beautiful home that sets the stage for togetherness, and then opening it up to others. It was truly perfect. We hope to return again one day!
