"I loved the hotel and the facilities, however there are a lot of added costs, like charging to go to the rooftop pool or get sunbeds in their designated area of the beach - which is €24 for two sunbeds and an umbrella per day."

Perhaps it was my fault to reserve a room and pay them fully $1431.37. At the same time they could have made some concession and refunded some money. I stayed at other hotels in Barceloma and Madrid. I was a big loss for me."

"Overall, it’s a nice hotel within walking distance to the beach, with friendly staff. Sandra, in particular, was very helpful during our stay. However, the shuttle service amenity described by the hotel is operated through a third-party company, which was not very reliable and made transportation somewhat inconvenient."
