"This hotel is fantastic, we travelled with our 2 pups and our teenage daughter. The staff member was very kind and helpful, we had to changed rooms as there was a couple of issues with the first one, nothing super bad, just an item that had been left in the fridge that had gone off, and the aircon in that room wasn't working very well. The man at the desk was very apologetic and gave us a bigger room too! We paid for half board, this time I wish we hadn't because the evening meal wasn't to our taste... usually they do a buffet, however as we were the only 3 they had dining that evening, they didn't and just gave us a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts, of which, we only only enjoyed the main which was 3 small, thin lamb chops and a handful of fries! The room itself was very spacious, the layout well thought out, and clean, as was the bathroom... they even put a bit of plastic round the toilet seat so you know it has been cleaned. The shower was over the bath, it was very strong and easy to use, however it didn't stay up so unless you are under 4ft, you had to gold it to wash your hair and body. Breakfast in the morning was nice, loads of choice with hot and cold options. Eerything was clean and easy to find. Staff again, very kind and helpful. Parking, that is a bit of an issue, we have a big people carrier type car and only parking is across the road, and it's a little tight, but we found a spot and it wouldn't put us off booking again."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in by far. The customer service was out of this world. Every single member of staff encountered were exemplary. So friendly and helpful and they could not do more for us. From arrival where Veronika gave detailed information about locations to go, recommendations for beach area, best restaurants to just being such a lovely person. Can’t rate her highly enough. The booking in process was smooth as expected, the room was amazing and had everything and more that would want. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was nothing more than sensational, with an amazing coffee bar with coffee made to order. Egg style station with fresh omelets and egg Benedict made to order. Great selection with everything you could wish for. The location was brilliant with main places easily walking distance. Rodrigo went out of his way to secure us a seat in the hotel room for the football, and was super friendly and nice. Jose Enrique was everything I was expecting after reading previous reviews. He made stay very special with lots of little touches including sending up cake and champagne for birthday and rose for my partner in the morning. Exceptional man. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. I’ve been all over the world, and this hotel for look, location, customer service and food is probably made it rank number 1. If you get the opportunity you have to stay at this place. And great value!!!"

"The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was great, for €12, you could fill up and not eat until the evening. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished, but you could bask in the afternoon sun and will be lovely when the pool is in operation. The beds and pillows are excellent, very comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped, the shower has dual operation and is very good. Nice design throughout, the rooms have proper air con as well. The location is fantastic for the city centre, and is close a metro stop. An Uber to the airport is around €14. Great hotel, even better staff. Loved being there, will definitely return."
