"Everything is really amazing sp the employer iseabel so helpful and nice"

"Gonzalo at the front desk was amazing. He went over the top to help us try to get our lost luggage, and we are so appreciative!"

"The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel’s location was very convenient, and the room was very clean. The room was a little small, but since this was my first trip to Europe, I’m not sure if this is typical of European hotels. Overall, I had a very good experience, especially thanks to the excellent staff and convenient location."
