"great location, clean and modern apartment."

"stayed at this hotel primarily because of the advertised airport shuttle service during my transit. My shuttle was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived at the pickup area at 8:45 AM. At that time, I was informed that the airport shuttle is provided only based on availability. The shuttle accommodates a maximum of approximately 20 passengers, depending on the amount of luggage. If the shuttle reaches capacity, guests are left to arrange and pay for their own transportation to the airport. This limitation was not clearly communicated when I booked my stay. To avoid misleading future guests, I believe the hotel should revise its description to state: "Airport Shuttle Service – Subject to Availability." This would set more accurate expectations and allow travelers to make informed decisions when choosing the hotel."

"We chose this location since it was close to the airport, but it was one of our favorite stays. It’s a nice four-star hotel with wonderful amenities and the staff was super helpful. Our rooms were nice and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone."

"My stay at roommate Macarena was great! The hotel is perfectly situated close to the main attractions and room was clean and spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The only thing is that the bathroom didn’t offer very much privacy but they were nice clean bathrooms. The staff was also super helpful and helped us booking a day trip to Segovia which we had a lot of fun. The breakfast buffet also had a great selection of food for a good price. They also have a cool rooftop and nice drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay here again. Muchas gracias!"
