"The experience was so memorable that I ended up staying here twice during my trip—that says it all. The location is fantastic: close to everything, just steps from Atocha, with multiple metro stations nearby (Embajadores and Estación del Arte are both within an 8-minute walk). If you’re planning to rent a car, there’s even a Sixt office right across the street, which is very convenient. The service is exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel offers great amenities including parking, a gym, a pool, and a fantastic terrace and rooftop area. Room service was quick, and the food was consistently delicious. Overall, an excellent experience in Madrid. I would definitely stay here again."

"For what you are paying, this is perfect. It won’t be for everyone, but everything must he’d the description. It’s definitely small, but we really had no problem with it and there were two of us. The area was fantastic, it was close enough to the biggest tourist destinations without being so close that the crowds were insane. The rooftop area was so cute, I would definitely stay here again "

"This was a great hotel. The staff was professional and accommodating. We landed from an international flight in the morning and did not expect to have access to a room that early. To our surprise, the staff made it happen. We attended a show in the hotel’s theater and were very impressed. We enjoyed cocktails in the 2nd floor bar, as well as on the rooftop. The bartender on the roof, Anthony, spent time pointing out landmarks that were visible. He was very friendly and accommodating. Our room with a terrace was beautiful. The only drawback was the layout. There was a somewhat long hallway between the wardrobe/refrigerator to the bed area, and another long skinny hallway for the bathroom. This might be a factor for someone with mobility issues. Because the hotel is between two pedestrian streets, it was very quiet at night, which we loved. We’ve been recommending this hotel to everyone we speak to. "
