"This house worked well for our family of 5. The pool is a bit small but to have it to ourselves was nice. The furniture in the family room was not very comfortable but we were not home much. The neighborhood felt safe although we were a bit far from some of our excursions (canyoning and hot springs). We would stay here again."

"This is a pretty little spot close to downtown, attractions, and with a view of the volcano. Birds, were singing and active. Two lizards and a row of leaf cutter ants greated us each day. Pool was a great way to end our days. We had a couple criticisms to share. Two rooms had an outside light that shown through the shear curtains. Sitting room could use a love seat. We felt cramped during a long rain storm watching a movie. We had a great time and would definitely reccomend."

"The host is wonderful! A few fresh fruits, snacks and waters welcomed up when we checked in. She was so prompt on getting back to us quickly. The property is up on a hill and we got many opportunities to sit out back enjoying the volcano view. The property has its own private gate to pull car in at night. I can't say enough about the view!"

"Our group of 5 couples had an amazing stay in Fortuna. This house is modern, well stocked, clean and comfortable. The property managers were very communicative and helpful with prompt responses. The only downfall was the security guard at the front gate. They insisted on collecting everyone’s passport numbers which I found uneccessary. I was only willing to give my passport number as the main renter! I hope they revise their protocol to keep in convenient for the renter! My 3 stars for the check...
