This is a fantastic walk, great for kids and elders. Great paths and superb views, give yourself 3-4 hours to enjoy. There are a couple of ways to explore the Sierra Helada, either walk from Benidorm to Albir through the park (This is 4 hours grade 3/5) or from Albir to the lighthouse and return. Albir is a great little town for cake and coffee or a larger meal. I'll definitely being coming back here for some evening shots. Lovely park, highly recommended :-)

"My third stay here. As expected, rooms were cleaned every day by the housekeeper to a very good standard. Great location, right next to the beach and tapas bars / restaurants. Breakfast at the RH Hotel was good too. Only downside to the stay is it is a very busy location, with a fair amount of disturbance from early morning deliveries serving the bars, etc. "

Better than expected for the price

"Although the hotel is very dated and very basic, it was excellent value for money. Expect what you pay for. Rooms are clean. Pool is very small and limited space to sunbathe but ok for a cool down. Breakfast is basic - croissants, few meats, yogurts, fruit bottled water & orange, coffee - not bad at all. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is cheap. Free large car park and a short walk to supermarkets, McDonald’s and the town. Main downfall is that it is situated on a busy road with no footpath - not ideal but ok . Overall quite impressed and would return! "
