This property in the Eixample was just what we wanted and needed. Quick walk to Gran Via and Passeig de Gracia as well as Metro stations (Urquinaona is closest). We also found more than enough to eat short walks away with some great tapas stops. We walked to Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla very easily. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful, comfortable experience. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well maintained, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Great hotel and wonderful location

Our front desk clerk was adorable and so welcoming. She was always attentive to our needs. Loved the location and loved our room. Quiet and cozy! Loved having the market next door, that was a surprise to our stay. Would stay again on our next visit to Barcelona!

i like that that every tour site was just 30 minutes walk .. great restaurant were near by and it was so convince to get atound

The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! I recommend anyone to stay here - We give it a 5 stars! 👍😄

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. I don't remember their names, but 2 gentlemen at the front desk were our heros when we checked in! One in particular went out of his way to find our family of 5 another hotel room when our reservation wasn't available. Super nice staff, very clean! Top notch service!

Room Mate Gerard is a beautiful hotel with a pleasant and accommodating staff. It is conveniently located near metro stations, two of the Gaudi houses, shopping, and Plaza Catalunya which is a departure point for many day tours. The hotel breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of food and beverages. I would definitely choose this hotel again upon returning to Barcelona!

I don't see why anyone would book anywhere else. Location is perfect, helpful and professional concierge, clean and stylish rooms and a fabulous rooftop with pool... and the price beat every other hotel in its class. Planning to come back and stay here - will recommend to anyone I know travelling to Barcelona.

The amazing H10 metropolitan staff really outdid themselves! They gave really thoughtful gifts and I wish every hotel had outstanding of a service and friendly staff. Great location, great room very comfortable when the heart of the Plaza. Highly recommend and I will stay there again!
