"NO AC !! The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. I was told they were “working on it,” but I didn’t receive any further updates during my stay about whether it had been fixed. I stayed in room on the 2nd floor, courtyard-facing, with no balcony. The window was less than a meter from another room’s balcony, so conversations could be heard quite easily. With no AC, many guests understandably kept their doors and windows open, which also meant more noise from surrounding rooms. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind, particularly during hot weather. On the positive side, check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the coffee machine with several pods, as well as the tea and water boiler. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the city center and restaurants. I also noticed a laundry room, although I didn’t use it. Overall, there were many things I enjoyed about the stay, especially the cleanliness, comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, and fantastic location. The only downside was the lack of AC during a very hot stay, which also contributed to the noise."

"Wonderful - a perfect place to stay in Graz - relax and enjoy life. From time to time a come back to Graz and Hotel Daniel was and still is a wonderful place to stay for a night or more - the welcome was warm and friendly. The new attraction, an Italian Osteria, jukebox music and a nice bar to have drinks with friends or enjoying talks with the staff - take your time ..."

"La localisation est incroyable ! Le tram 4 se rend directement à l’hôtel à partir de la gare de train. Le déjeuner buffet est intéressant mais la variété est limitée Lit super confortable et l’air climatisé fonctionne :)"
