"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean but bed and pillows were not super great. Pillows flat and bed seemed to be on an incline and pretty firm. It was certainly ok for our 24 hr stay."

"A really friendly hotel which was perfect for families with young children. The reception staff were always helpful. I was always able to get warm milk for my toddler who drinks from a bottle. Swimming pool was also perfect for the children. Breakfast variety wasn’t great but none the less everyone was fed."

"Central plaza was Amazing in a perfect position to everything We were given an upgrade to a balcony city view Could not recommend this hotel anymore Only one negative is that to get into the shower bath it was quite high and quite slippery a rail to help get out would be a help Note that we are quite mobile so even we found it difficult But it would not stop us from staying there again"

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
