"best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. "

"Clean, modern property with a comfortable bed, nice body products and lovely balconies in a trendy area of Zurich. We found it very walkable for our 2 night stay exploring the city before journeying to other areas in Switzerland. Digital, contactless check-in and check-out was seamless. Would not recommend this property to folks who aren’t tech savvy. Make sure to download WhatsApp to communicate with the host company. "

"Location is great in the centre of Zug. Great communication with Maria and flexible to assist us on our late arrival. Definitely recommend this place. Great coffee, food and service at the coffee shop (Cafe Frech) downstairs. Highly recommended,"

"We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. They booked us a separate hotel for a portion of our stay at no additional cost, transferred our bags and got us a gift. "

"Only problem was trying to find where to check in!! You do not check in at the address on the website and there is nothing mentioned as to where to go. We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. POST THE NAME OF THE HOTEL AND ADDRESS WHERE YOU CHECK IN!!"

"A good place to stay with close tram access, but was a little underwhelming for the price. Construction out front made it harder to get to as well. Two bathroom set up is actually one toilet and a separate room for one shower. "

" Vanessa and Isabella were both amazing to work with. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus. The train station was literally 5 minutes away and a super easy walk"
