"Excellent space to use while on a business trip."

"The house was very clean and as described except that you must go up or down a full flight of steps to get to a bathroom or bedroom. This was not a problem for us but I don't think it is clear in the listing. The check in instructions were incorrect and accessing the house took significantly longer than expected. The house is nice and comfortable."

"Wonderful house, wonderful location, wonderful communication and instructions. We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Pitt. One note, the listing says 3 bedrooms/sleeps 6. There are actually 2 bedrooms and the family room has a nice pullout that sleeps 2, which worked out fine for us, but didn’t realize this when booking. Overall, well done. Cheers!"

"No never got to check in was informed an hour prior to arrival that we were uunable to check into the rental. We were already almost to the place. They said there was damage from the last tenants and that we would receive our money in 15 days. Never offered to help us find another option or anything. We had to stay at a cheap hotel room the door handle broke and we had to borrow the money to stay there. Because we dont have a bunch of money to throw around we get a night out rarely and it was...
