"Great location in Old Town, very walkable yet quiet. The room we had, 155, really needs a remodel. The old built-ins were charming, if a little impractical, but bathroom and other furnishings, flooring and general maintenance needs improvement. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was good. The breakfast offerings, included in the price, were great, including made-to-order omelettes Overall, front staff was good but not proactive with describing facilities and surrounding areas. Niklas at front desk was very helpful and friendly."

"The breakfast was fine but there was a slight lack of hot options. The fruit was excellent, but overall I was not blown away. The hotel itself is well appointed but the area around the central railway is not the nicest (not the hotel’s fault!). However, it is brilliantly located for access to the city centre and airport. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. "

"I had a wonderful 4-night stay at NH Collection München Bavaria. The hotel location was excellent, just steps from the main train station and only a few minutes’ walk from the main plazas and attractions. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food with many options to choose from each morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich."

"Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage."

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."
