"We stayed here for 2 nights. A family of 3. Our room is a good size. Enough space to put our bags. Bathroom is spacious and clean modern design. Bed is comfy and clean too. The reasons I gave a 4 star rating was that on our 2nd night, our mugs was not changed. We still had our dirty mugs. And they might have forgotten to replenish our complimentary bottles of water. But the staff at the reception had given us some bottles of water on our check out, which was a delight. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We had breakfast on our first day but on the second day, we decided not to as we thought there's not much food choices. Aside from that, overall the hotel is highly recommendable as its near to Old Town, less than 10minute walk and around 15 to 20minute walk to Colmar train station."

"Great location and really helpful and friendly staff. Accommodation and facilities were very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a ‘small house’ as a family- 2 adults and 2 teens. Only down side was my husband’s snoring which the kids complained about! But can’t fault the accommodation for that. They were a bit apprehensive about the shared facilities but actually all worked really well given how long it can take for them to get ready!"

"I visited Freiburg to explore the Altstadt (Old Town). This hotel’s location was exceptional. It was right next door to the main train station where I arrived on a train from Stuttgart via Karlsruhe. It was great to take a cool shower and relax in the air-conditioned hotel room after I arrived. I spent that evening and the next morning exploring the beautiful Altstadt that was a block away from the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the morning had everything I needed. The dining room was very clean and comfortable."
