"There was construction going on and all the workers were using the elevators so it took a very long time to go up and down. The ac was also not working and the room was very hot"

"I stayed in a renovated room and had no complaints. AC was great, space was large and comfortable. The hotel is right next to a convenient bus stop. It does take about 25 minutes to get to the train station by bus, and it's a fair distance from Old Town. Breakfast wasn't worth the money, but it was convenient. Overall I would stay here, just have an idea of where you want to visit to know if this location is convenient."

"Location,size of room and breakfast were lovely! However it was let down by inconsistent staffing of reception! On arrival in the evening despite knocking on several,what seemed like office doors and ringing reception we still had an appalling wait for a member of staff! He seemed to also appear from one of the doors we’d knocked on so had ignored our knock. When he did arrive (short male with short dark hair) he was miserable,unwelcoming and didn’t tell us any of the usual information such as breakfast times and location or pool opening times. The pool area also had a disgusting looking area of water that was there before you had a chance to avoid it and couldn’t avoid it if you wanted to access the pool! Looking dirty and not nice at all!"

"First night in air conditioner after three AC-less days in heatwave-oppressed Europe. Quite welcome. Parking available but scarce. We got the last one. Good keypunch entry system to get into the rooms."

"Really lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The area is a short tram ride from the station and the centre of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by my room which was spacious and comfortable. Obligatory kettle which is required in any good hotel room but a rarity abroad sometimes. Well worth a stay"
