"The troglodyte house was exactly as described - made from a cave set in teh side of a hill. It was comfortable and well furnished, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The balcony with its view over Saint Chamas was the best part. The house is well situated for exploring Provence but if you're hiring a car, don't choose anything too big - the lanes leading to the property are narrow and the parking is best-suited to a small-medium car!"

"Despite the somewhat turbulent weather conditions we had a pleasant stay in Lauris. The house was well-equipped and large enough to spend a rainy afternoon or two. Luckily we could also use the pool later that week, which was readily cleaned and set up when we asked for it, even though it was already late October. The house is somewhat outside Lauris, so expect to use the car for groceries etc."

Beautiful garden area to relax in with pool and place for kids to play different sports and run around. Lovely breakfast provided by host on outside patio. "Le Luberon est un magnifique massif avec de nombreux petits villages à découvrir ! La gérante Dominique est une personne très agréable qui s est souciée de notre confort tout au long du séjour. Merci encore! Le point négatif provient du logement qui en plein été n est pas adapté. Il y fait extrêmement chaud. La nuit, nous avons suffoqué, avec impossibilité de dormir car de nombreuses ouvertures ne sont pas protégées du soleil par des volets, il n y a pas la climatisation. Heureusement Dominique...

"Staying in an 18th century chateau is a not to be missed experience. the photos accurately depict the property. Be prepared, though, for some relatively minor inconveniences such as antique wiring, limited wi fi, uncomfortable beds etc. We spent a week there, enjoyed our stay, and were happy to move on."
