"Brilliant location with fantastic public transport links. Regular trains and trams and only 10 mins from Centraal Amsterdam Staff were brilliant and in particular Ayasha who was so helpful and happy everytime we spoke with her. Nice continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again"

"Excellent hotel! Although it is not particularly close to the city centre, we actually appreciated the quieter location, away from the hustle and bustle. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a very practical kitchen that made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely Vessel, the hotel’s restaurant. Absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we enjoyed it so much that we had both lunch and dinner there on two occasions. It is a wonderful restaurant and a real asset to the hotel. Highly recommended! We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. We did use the parking facilities, which were very convenient, although I found the price rather high. My only real criticism concerns housekeeping. Rooms are serviced every two days, which seems to be an increasingly common trend in hotels. Personally, I am not a fan of this policy, especially considering the standards and prices of hotels in this category. I believe daily housekeeping should still be part of the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay in a comfortable, well-equipped hotel, with an outstanding restaurant. Despite the minor drawbacks, I would happily recommend it and stay here again!"

"The room was Ok, but the bed was arrange strangely: I chose double bed, it was but there were 2 separate matrices (for divorce couple?). The bathroom was however beautiful and clean; we loved it."

"Attractive waterside location and easily accessible from Centraal Station using the 48 bus to Koivistokade (although there seemed to be nowhere to buy tickets for the return journey). Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped. The only problem I encountered was a system error relating to add-ons to the booking. Shortly before the stay I received a message offering a range of extras and chose the buffet breakfast but this request was not registered and I had to re-book breakfast on arrival with the help of the front desk staff. Around 10 hours after I checked out I received a further message stating " Breakfast Buffet is not available in the chosen set-up "."
