The living room offers comfortable seating space to enjoy the breathtaking view. The living room has digital television (Smart TV with Chromecast) so that you can also watch your own films, series or sports matches. There is garden furniture on the adjacent balcony for relaxing. Enjoy the sun, sea, beach, the village and beautiful views!
Please note: in mid-January 2024, the apartment will be modernized in several areas, including luxurious Swiss-Sense Box Spring beds. A new kitchen will also be installed, including a fridge/freezer combination, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer combination (New photos will follow as soon as February/March 2024!)

The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, combination oven/microwave and full kitchen inventory. A Senseo, Nespresso machine and quick filter coffee machine are available.
 
The bedroom has new Swiss Sense Box-Spring beds, cupboard space and desk with again a fantastic view over the village, dunes, beach and sea. New Swiss Sense Box-Spring beds from March 2024: the bedroom will be equipped with luxurious and comfortable Swiss Sense Box-Spring beds (2 separate mattresses 90cm*200cm + topper 180cm*200cm).
 
In the bedroom you also have access to a digital television (Smart TV with Chromecast). Thanks to the desk and fast WiFi connection, the apartment is also ideal for a workation!
 
The bathroom is en-suite and has a very spacious shower and sink. toilet and storage space.
 
A washing machine (washer/dryer combination) is available.
 
If you have children traveling with you, the minimum age for this apartment is from 10 years.
 
The house has 1 garage (height 1.97m x width 2.30m) at your disposal, suitable for 1 car. This is located at the bottom of the Sterflat complex. You must use this parking facility. If the car does not fit in the garage, we will be happy to inform you about parking options.
 
The apartment is suitable for 2 people as standard.
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve. Check-in time for this property is from 3:00 PM.

Geräte top und neuwertig. Die Einrichtung (auch die Küchenausstattung) ist vollumfänglich und sehr geschmackvoll. Techn. Ausstattung (TV und WLAN) sehr gut. 's morgens ontbijten op het balkon met uitzicht op zee. Dat zagen we voor ons toen we ons verblijf in het appartment Sterflat 205 boekten. Deze wens is helemaal uitgekomen. En meer. Het appartement is heel sfeervol en doordacht ingericht. Modern en huiselijk tegelijk. Gezellige verlichting! Fijne huiskamer om de avond in door te brengen. Een keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Waarin je na een wandeling naar de Egmondse winkel geweldig kan koken. Het bed slaapt echt heerlijk comfortabel. Een uitstekende plek waar we na een dag zee en uitjes thuis konden komen. Een aanrader.

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt dort in der Wohnung im 8 Stock. Man hat eine wirklich schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Geräusche von draußen sind innerhalb der Wohnung kaum wahrnehmbar. Ein leichtes Rauschen vom Meer, ja, aber das möchte man ja, wenn man an der Nordsee mit Meerblick eine Wohnung bucht. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren nur drei Tage da, daher haben wir die Kochzeile nicht ausprobiert, aber es ist eine sehr moderne Kochzeile, nämlich kein Gas sondern ein Ceran-Kochfeld, die Dunstabzugshaube dazwischen :-D Super..... Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch unsere Angsthündin hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sie war tiefenentspannt dort in ihrem Körbchen gelegen. Wir haben in der Tiefgarage geparkt, unser Auto, ein Ford Eco-Sport passte gut rein. Bei größeren Autos könnte es ggfls. etwas eng werden. Gerne empfehlen wir diese tolle Ferienwohnung.

Seit 2012 machen wir mit unserem Hund ein- bis zweimal im Jahr Urlaub in de volle Zon in Sterflat 205. Das Appartement ist sehr hübsch und gut eingerichtet. Es bietet genügend Platz durch die großen Schränke. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts: Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, mehrere Kaffeemaschinen für jeden Kaffee-Typ sowie Geschirr, Bestecke und Gläser sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Auch Pfannen gab es genügend, allerdings keine genau passenden Deckel und bei der kleinsten Pfanne ist der Boden deutlich gewölbt. Die Theke in der Küche trennt den großen Raum gemütlich ab und bietet selbst beim Kochen einen tollen Blick auf die Dünen. Bereits beim Frühstück aufs Meer sehen zu können ist wunderbar, und die Sonnenuntergänge kann man direkt im Appartement oder vom Balkon aus genießen. Die Lüftung im Bad war abgestellt, ließ sich aber nach Nachfrage leicht wieder einstellen. Eine Schuhablage im Flur für die sandigen Schuhe wäre von Vorteil, damit man den Sand nicht überall im Appartement verteilt. Auch der Garagenplatz in der Tiefgarage war für uns wieder sehr nützlich. Check-in und Check-out über whatsapp klappte prima. Vielen Dank für die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Für uns würde etwas weniger Deko auch ausreichen.
